Sodexo is seeking a Facilities/Engineering Manager 2 to provide facilities maintenance and oversee housekeeping and laundry services for Senior Living accounts located in the Greater Philadelphia region in Pennsylvania. Strong knowledge of HVAC maintenance is needed. This Facilities Engineering Manager will oversee HVAC maintenance, general housekeeping, and laundry operations at senior living communities. Highly customer interactive position. This position will maintain continuous survey readiness through compliance with regulations from a number of regulatory agencies. Will maintain regulatory readiness documentation, ensuring system is in compliance with regulatory standards and team is trained and ready for regulatory inspections. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure compliance with health, safety and medical regulations at location. Manages payroll, scheduling, development of hourly employees Assists with managing budgets and productivity targets. Controls expenditures within the limitations of the project and department budgets. Ensures maintenance of physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utility systems, and grounds are in operative and safe working condition at all times. Ensures that the health system is in compliance with all local, state, and federal codes and regulations. Assists in gathering information and assembling files for State Health Inspections.
